Upon buying a used, refurbished, openbox or sealpack device (smartphone or tablet) via InstaCash Store, InstaBid or Zotlay Store and various other applications and brands operated by Instant Consumer Tech Private Limited, you are deemed to have entered into an agreement based on the terms and conditions outlined below.

Under this policy

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.

Initiating a Return

To request a return within 7 days of receiving your item, you can use any of the following channels:

Eligibility for Return

Your item must be in the same functional and cosmetic condition as you received it. The serial number, IMEI, or invoice number will be required for processing your return.

Video Proof Requirement

Provide an unedited video showing the condition of the item at the time of opening the package. This is essential for processing your return.

Damages and Issues

Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, enabling us to evaluate and address the issue promptly.

Exclusions

Certain types of items cannot be returned. Please refer to our detailed policy for specific exclusions.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return the original item, and once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund once we receive and inspect your return. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.

Timeframe for Raising a Claim

Claims must be raised within 7 days of delivery. Immediate inspection and prompt action are advised.

Requirement for Video Proof

Continuous, clear, and unedited video proof of the item's condition upon delivery is required. Failure to provide this may void any return.

Resolution Options

Each return claim is assessed individually. Depending on the issue, we offer either a replacement or a refund. The replacement process includes a return of the original item and issuance of a replacement. Refunds are credited to the original payment method and may take up to 10 business days from the approval of the return.
